What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Success Representative (CSR's) assists our current and sometimes prospective customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The CSR is the first point of contact for many clients, and as such should have professional phone etiquette and speaking voice. The CSR’s primary are assisting customers via phone and email -- answering customer questions, and escalating calls to appropriate departments.
